Securing Your Date

A 50% deposit is required to secure your date. Until the deposit is received, the date is not held or guaranteed. The remaining balance is due after the shoot, before your final photos are delivered.

Rescheduling

If the weather is bad or you need to move your session, let me know at least 24 hours before the shoot and we’ll rearrange to a new date at no extra cost. Changes requested with less than 24 hours’ notice can’t always be accommodated.

No-Shows & Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time. If you’re running late, contact me as soon as possible. If there’s no contact and no arrival within 15 minutes of the agreed time, the session is treated as a no-show: I’ll leave, and the deposit is kept. Rebooking requires a new deposit. If you arrive late, we shoot for the remaining time in the original slot - the end time isn’t extended.

Editing & Delivery

Edited photos are delivered within 5 working days via an online gallery, unless otherwise agreed (it may take a little longer during busier periods). Your gallery is sent once the remaining balance has been received.

Style & Satisfaction

Every session is shot and edited in my own artistic style. If you share references, I’ll match the mood as closely as I can, but the images won’t be identical recreations

I want you to love your photos! If you have any specific editing requests, please share them in advance rather than after delivery. Basic retouching on a few selected images (skin refining, cleaning up, or removing a distraction from the background) is included and can be arranged when we plan the shoot.

Anything more involved - heavy editing, or changing the composition or layout of an image - falls outside basic editing and is quoted separately. Happy to do this on request; just ask and we’ll agree it privately beforehand.

Because each session reflects my creative work and time, shoots are not refundable once completed and delivered.

Image Use

I may use photos from your session in my portfolio and on social media to showcase my work. If you’d prefer your images not to be shared publicly, just let me know before the shoot and I’ll keep them private.

I’m always happy to help with location and outfit ideas ahead of your shoot, so you feel prepared and relaxed on the day.
